Main achievements since IPO

Taking a quick look at Camplify, we could conclude that it is a typical tech stock, with strong top line growth, but still loss making and not yet reaching breakeven at the cash flow level.

However, it is interesting to see all its recent achievements which show that the company is on a good long term trajectory :
- looking at both the RV renters and RV owners, it seems that CHL has more and more loyal customers, as the number of return customers (RV hirers) has increased from 20 % of total customers in Dec 21 to 25 % now, while premium membership and insurance revenues (from owners) has doubled during H1 22 (vs + 57 % for GTV hire revenues),
- unlike some other platforms, Camplify has been able to decrease the cost of acquisition for RV owners and RV hirers,
- the company continues to show a strong growth in all of its 4 markets. GTV growth keeps accelerating : + 61 % in H1, + 70 % in Q3 and + 83 % in Q4 (some impact of the NZ acquisition, completed in May).

The example of NZ is probably the most interesting one to show their ability to develop in new markets :
- they acquired the 2 leaders at the bottom of the market, so they were able to get a good price (paid only 7 m$ in shares),
- the NZ market has now strongly rebounded and proves to be an interesting market (average GTV higher than in other markets),
- these acquisitions has also enabled Camplify to create a solid relationship with THL (like they did before with ATL and NRMA).

The next stage is probably to try to establish strong leadership positions in Europe, like they have now done in Australia and NZ.
As indicated before, it will be interesting to see if Camplify is able to create with the European RV leading manufacturer (Trigano) the kind of relationship* they have been able to create with the equivalent groups in Ocenia (Apollo Tourism and Tourism Holding).
