Here is my take on it from someone who speaks their mind-

The wording "material" given we have $4Million in the bank could mean there is an investment coming in to LNR at a premium from a neighbour or major which would ignite the share price - i say this because we do not need to raise cash and as one holder said this morning, management know exactly what they have through the magnetics and the very strong REE grades already established-

So the above scenario would be seen as a huge tick for LNR and the board !

However, IF they come out with a CR to mates at a discount to the current price, then given they do not need to raise with the current balance sheet sitting at a healthy $4million, and the fact that the share price is at near lows or at lows since the acquisition of 3 high value REE/ Lithium projects, then this would be seen by me as an opportunistic move by management that does not take into account current holders,! This in turn would not be acceptable given the stock was trading 3 times its current value and the board had ample opportunity to raise cash at those levels, but just stuffed around with stupid name changes taking us of the radar killing all momentum then FNT / LNR had !

Wit all the above in mind, i believe this announcement today will be connected with something huge, if not all holders should get on the blower and give the management an earful !
