I wouldn’t spend too much time analysing TT and his motives etc.
I’d say he’s genuine - he’s already started refunding funds to those that donated. It’s unfortunate his name became public (for him) and perhaps this influenced his unwillingness to take the lead in this process and that is understandable.
There is still every reason to vote no, and I am hopeful this is the outcome. Rap has a great future - we just need to short term reduce the cash burn, raise some capital, adjust management, and then watch the exponential growth come.
