"Elsewhere, payments solutions provider Change Financial has MST Financial Services and Henslow rounding up investors for a $5.7 million equity injection.

Change’s raise was split into a $750,000 placement and a one-for-four non-accelerated and non-renounceable entitlement offer for $5 million. The offer was priced at 5¢ a share, a 13.8 per cent discount to the last close and 11.1 per cent discount to the theoretical ex-rights price.

Of the $5.75 million total, $750,000 was earmarked for debt repayment while the rest would be used for working capital, product enhancement and offer costs.

Existing shareholder Altor Capital was sub-underwriting $750,000 of the entitlement offer and Change’s board and management had vouched for another $250,000."
