I like to deal in facts, fact is this company has severely under achieved for a very long time. If the Board was succeeding, an 18% shareholder would surely be comfortable to leave it to go about its business on behalf of its Shareholders. Is the Tail wagging the Dog? This has to go to a vote ASAP. The Cap raise, to date has failed the Shareholders and to what extent, 1.11 quarters of funding after we put our cash up. Presumably, another Cap raise would not be possible unless it was at .90 cents, so I expect, extension of debt facilities will be considered.
