Dude its not just that they are still low on cash if ATM's are the only source of funds then they can't sell into this. Then a cap raise who? Who the hell is going to expose thier investors to this. No they are cooked before CY end. My guess is they will want at least 2M in the kitty to pay the liquidators and themselves so October looks good.

Hopefully Dunn can get access to the drug from the liquidators. They need to get thier affairs in order.
