    I just looked it up on ASX - all motions carried. Motion 1 to sell Calvista carried 60% to 40%.
    Honestly, I have no idea why shareholders are so gullible. As a group, the shareholders have just mandated a sale of the Calvista business at a price materially lower than the alternate offer.
    I seriously think the minority shareholders should consider action against the company.
