Should we or should we not factor into the dividend
1. The billion dollars or so of debt they paid off
2. The clause that says Yankuang will lower the takeover offer price by any cash distributions made. Some boards may halt dividends when a takeover offer is in place with a clause like that. Although I don't believe the takeover offer has actually been officially made has it?
