Plenty of opportunities, but also plenty of shares due to over 20 years of exploring these opportunities.
May well (yet) have a world class diamond deposit, however the necessary scale of exploration operations over large historic areas eats up a lot of $$$...and the low share price ensures that only a small amount of funds are raised each time the hat goes around.....a vicious circle of small-cap 'exploration blues'!
Plus, the complexity of the geology means that the story might take a bit longer to develop, even after such a long period of stop-start exploration....but let's hope it does.
The results have been getting progressively more encouraging lately, however, due mainly to the use of the core drilling rig and some more focused sampling....they might just be on the verge of a 'good news phase' again.
Perhaps the best outcome would be for Cluff to be taken over by a large predator with deep pockets....might be a win-win for longtime and increasingly impatient shareholders. Either that, or some joint-venturing of projects they haven't got the time or funds to develop would see some more results....but as long as projects are 100% owned we at least stand to benefit as much as possible from any positive developments.
