Ann: Binding Lithium Offtake Agreement with PPES, page-24

I've been a bit bemused with this too... My theory for what has happened here.. After the recent general pounding all stocks took INR dropped pretty low, nearly to 30c.. I believe there were plenty out there with a high degree of conviction in INR who will have seen this as a massive buying opportunity and probabaly knowing news like this was on the way bought up large to sell into the yesterday's news and are now sitting on nice parcels that they've funded to a large degree from selling a wedge of the cheaply bought shares... wish I'd done this myself, I've played this one completely wrong. Anyway the announcement was still a cracker and I think the price will start to move again soon.
