This is ok. As long as shareholders are looked after it's all ok. The fact directors are taking their full allotment is great and they will even cover any shortfall which gives confidence - Could this be the last chance for directors / shareholders to cash in on cheap shares before the drill results are announced ? Sorta has that vibe about it. Company taking care of their mates before the share price ticks back up on good results maybe ? Would be semi dodgey but mehhh whatever.
