Yes Her2 makes up 20% of breast cancers with the majority 2/3rd hormonal receptor and the smallest group triple negative around 15%. This is just the beginning in the journey of changing how we identify and treat cancer. Whilst this test is focused on Her2 it is important to see the bigger picture to how this could apply to locating other forms of cancer. Maybe call management, send an email, ask questions, educate yourself, ask colleagues who work in the field.
