Think the groundwork looks to be in place now, and from what I can see there doesn't appear to have been a backfill of the CMO role. There were regional marketing positions that have been filled recently too.

Subdued reaction to results, the market perhaps doesn't care for the intricacies of accounting adjustments when looking at the FY numbers. But scratch the surface and taking those factors into account (thai acquisition costs, seasonality, unearned income etc) I'd call that a pivotal year and am pretty bullish on 22/23 prospects.

I suspect, if the business continues on the same trajectory (+30% rev etc), the shareprice could be north of 10c at next financial year end.
