Most companies do give guidance, so I am very disappointed.
Does raise the possibility of an acquisition, but it would have to be an absolute cracker to happen.
I'd be surprised if they would plan to pay for anything with the extended line of credit.
It does however, allow a smaller cash balance for contingencies, and resort to the line of credit if many things go wrong/against them.
Of course the credit extension could also play a role in an acquisition
