I unfortunately missed the webinar - it looks like it was a great one! Going through the webinar PDF I'm pleased to see this stated in more clear terms, confirming what I spotted in the quarterly:

"The environmental and Natura 2000 permits are expected to be decided together, followed closely by the exploitation decision."

So, we know by this that Talga will only get their environmental/Natura 2000 permit approval after February 28th, as this is the date the investigation into the Natura 2000 finishes with potential change coming afterward.
