Very surprised at the vote, doesnt seem right.

I think going forward we all got to learn from this, I would take down the names involved here, and never invest large amounts with them again. David Wheeler, Malcolm Day, CPS Capital (Celtic Capital/Sunset Capital)

Something to remember, Malcolm still owns 171 million shares here, 14.9% Knowing the characters involved here, I would think there is some plan to pump the share price again and entice a group of new investors, as otherwise Malcolm is screwing himself as well. Maybe shotrly after relisting there will be a flurry of positive announcements related to the uranium, and any pumps I would use to get out of this mess.

I am really shocked that this can go on right infront of everyones face, we have just witnessed a legal theft.

Thanks fooca for all your research, Ill be doing more due diligence on management and top 20 holders before I get involved heavily with any companies going forward.
