I made a comment about "perceptions" but some times they dont match reality. (Like the guy who pegged a new mining lease 1 minute after the old one was surrendered). It screams inside knowledge", but when you know the full story it aint necessarily so.
What I am saying is I dont want to denigrate anyone, GBR would be more concerned than anyone about the perception when they know they have done all they can to keep data secure. They wouldn't want it any other way. But with millions of transactions a day the odds are a few have to be innocently suspicious.
