All the have to do is clarify when & how much is expected in coming quarters...
Given its for services rendered & awareness of the payment terms & cycle and prorate $$ from ongoing services.. they can easily say how much $$$ is expected for the next 1-3 quarters...which is legal!
Is there any reason you (or anyone) think they cant release that information? Please let me know & take into consideration the performance and manipulation of the SP ....disclosing expected revenue is not illegal...& there is no non disclosure clause that may be prohibitive.
Do you think the SP is behaving in a normal way & there is no manipulation going on? are you happy with the performance of the SP??


.....Below is an excerpt of 1 company ..there are many without mentioning names...but this company disclosed expected revenue of $30 million ...n due to C19...fell short..n these were expected sales...so not concrete like signed contracts which add to ACV!

"today announced that it will not meet its forecast of $30 million in revenue for the first quarter of 2022. While the Company is still working on finalising most of the revenue figures"...
