MGR has been reported in today's AFR as developing a $200MN distribution facility for Woolworths in Sydney's south-west, the biggest single industrial property venture since the real estate collapse (60ha)
The project will break new ground for Woolworths with a huge Big W distribution centre (9ha), the first in NSW, and a new national distribution centre for Dick Smith (5ha).
Both will become long-term investments for MGR with leases of 20 years or more and initial returns in excess of 8%.
