I agree Fathom.
It would be nice to have some guidance around more specifics around how they manage the changes in ACV value when clients change their use pattern. With my limited knowledge of this, and having been in a sales role previously, it would be easy to add to ACV to reflect commitments to use service (if / when agreements are signed) - but how do they manage (and adjust ACV - and the timing of this) when the commitments that they have incorporated against ACV do not come to fruition ACV?
