Reading your quote attributed to Morgan stanley that Laos would be a more fiscally stable Country for a Company to invest in rather than Australia.While quite an extraordinary statement to make, it does confirm that my own investment strategy is well and truly on track.I.E. I am not in the least bit influenced by the so called experts.My own conclusions from my own research has served me well since 1986.
I do happen to visit 3 countries in S.E. Asia Laos,Cambodia and Vietnam on a regular basis more so the latter.I am always impressed in what great progress these three are making,Vietnam in particular, which I might add is now earning the title " Mini Asian Tiger".Now if we can take out our own political leanings from the equation,there is no more financially and politically stable country in this world,than Australia,despite the regular rhetoric served up by both sides of politics.
