More similar type acquisitions in the pipeline.

Way2Vat burning $220k monthly.
$2.1 mil in the bank.

Revenues to be over $1 mil this quarter.
They have over $2 mil in receivables not including the $770k just banked due last quarter.
Takes 6 to 9 months to collect the VAT refund and at that point client is invoiced by W2V and then another 30 to 60 days to collect. So its a long cycle.
