The last imec lot included a "surprise" 23 non-platform wafers plus 18 platform wafers. The platform lot was supposed to have been completed and tested by the end of June 22. When the wafers eventually arrived at Fremont around 21 Jun, it took 8 weeks to test all 41 wafers.

The messaging around this lot is far more positive; there aren't any surprises (so far), nor was any "spare bench time at imec". And now, it will take up to 12 weeks to test just the platform lots, this time on industry-standard equipment.
