The whole exercise was never about public health. The TGA doesn’t really want to be put in the position of testing this junk after it gave approval solely on the manufacturers claims.

Far better for reputation of the TGA that they withdraw voluntarily from the market. Imagine the TGA trying to explain how the tests they approved are actually junk?

We can’t have that, can we? Because the next thing you know is that those who lost loved ones because of this ‘scheme’ may start asking difficult questions. All the above in my opinion.
