If GW was genuine about doing the best for all shareholders he'd put the board on notice and then ask for resignations. Not try and usurp the company.

Yes the project has been delayed. All project like this get delayed. You either suck it up and continue or sell up.

Either you don't understand just how bad and untrustworthy the current management is, OR you are part of it and trying to spread doubt amongst those who know how bad the current mob are and have hope the new lot will be better (which should be easy).
