For disclosure I am not a SH but my wife has just been on hold for approx 45min trying to report unauthorised transactions on her account I was just wondering if SH find this approach to security and ultimately bleeding of revenues acceptable. I personally find it a very lackadaisical approach to such a fundamental function of a financial institution. So be it. Not my company.
