The company has spent over $40m to get us to now. The bid values the company shy of $190M. Some would say that's a good return over 7 or so years. However if you believe that Telehealth is the future, RAPs suite of products will become vital to providers. We are right at the beginning of commercialisation and yes there is risk ahead but a lot less than the risk carried so far. So given all this risk to date, is the return for what we own really that good? Not for me. How much? Nowhere near what an IE reckons. Try 40% of the company for $400m.
