I suppose the one reason to scale up in the next 12 months would be to capitalise on the good pricing as business outlook. Noting that getting finance terms to scale in more sedate market would be harder/less in the companies favour. The other element is to take advantage of the first mover advantage.... if they can get cash heavy very quickly, they can buy up/stomp out/ or otherwise strangle through vertical integration and scales of economies any would-be competitors. the scale will get them better contract rates, exclusive suppliers etc.

its just a thought.... but both scaling and not scaling have their relative advantages.... good problems to have.
