Morning folks. Tomorrow, Sirius in the Aurie’s at Flemington. Saab maintains he only has him at about 90/92% fitness due to all the rain and heavy tracks. He thinks Sparta will be the hardest to beat, says we will be in it for a long way but there’s a chance that our fitness will give in over the last 100m. Winnable race, but fitness the issue.
There’s one at the Sunny Coast on Sunday - NOT MINE - in the first. Zuri Zuri, she’s a half sister to ouTeenie r just turned 2 year old, by Star Witness. Zuri is by Astern, trainer has a pretty decent opinion of her, will win races, so black book it. Up against Ping from the Kendrick yard, who goes okay too. I’ll be watching ZZ with huge interest, and will have a bit e/w although only a 7 horse field.
