I understand. I was thinking Physically buying I.e. genuinely buying off market say 30,000,000 shares @ $2.00, pay $60mil and settle, report to ASX, then return the shares via off market for no consideration, and I know the answer to that. You cannot do OMT at no consideration or too far from the price of the security on the transfer date. Thanks for the response. Cheers!
