Hmm, so the company is stating lies in their presentations are they? Let me copy verbatim the announcement "Newsat progresses on the development of Jabiru" announced 18th January. Page 5 titled "Meeting the commercial demand Jabiru-1" paragraph 1 as follows:
Jabiru 1 Australia's first non foreignowned next genration satellite is scheduled to be launched in the final quarter of 2012.
I'll go back to primary school if that's not between 2 years 8 months and 2 years and 11 months from now.
The reality, and these are based on the facts presented by the company themselves (sorry if I dont have the inside information that newtg keeps purporting to have), is that NWT are not any more advanced on a launch than any other competitior. They can all plan to launch a satellite within 3 years.
