I understand your sentiments microtrade and agree with your analysis, however I've taken a longer term view thinking that if there is simply a standard delay and it's a 3-6 month wait, then, if the price does fall to 30, I will convert every other holding I have into CXS so as to average 55 or thereabouts. I will then close down the PC for 6 months and revisit when approval is complete, sales are happening, and the stock is $1.30+.

It's a gamble alright, and honestly I've gone against my head on this one as it ran with your views, but I'm a gut feel type of guy and it's worked for me to date...Maybe I'm desparate to get back recent losses however I do remind myself that I started with $100k in stocks 3 years ago and now have 8x that (hang on, 6.5x now thanks to the recent correction), so if it falls to 4.5x based on CXS issues I'm still way up than if I had had it all in the bank, like the many conservative friends and rellies I have!
