Half-time round-up: "ASX Update: Miners help index retest 7000; Block sinks"

In this report:

• ASX 200 rallies 0.4%
• Going up: growth, gold, EUR, GQG
• Going down: energy, coal, SQ2
• US futures rise 0.3%

Personal trading: Caught the low in ARU but was way too quick to book a profit. Coulda given it longer than 10.08 am, lol. Too much of a hurry to get on to the next thing. Only there was no next thing.
