Depends on the order that things have to occur in.
Lole has to list or be obtained by listed company (looking like TEM) but has to do a raise according to the terms in the TEM Ann. But no mention of our side of the deal in their Ann. about the issue of shares to us.
There appears the be a big gap in the process. So not good or bad for us, because it's a huge unknown.
