1. Why are there no buyers of this acerage? This statement makes 0 logical sense. There is no indication that there are no buyers, infact there has been indication of interest from multiple parties, however BRK is not yet interested in selling until they recieve an offer they like. We are in control here.

2. "What is the Next Plan. Keep drilling wells which are operationally not sustainable?" - Refer to the two most recent investor presentations with guidelines showing rough demonstration timelines. Which part of the current wells are "operationally not sustainable" ??? Is it the $1Mil per week revenue? The pure cash hitting the BRK bank accounts? Im not sure what you are even refering to. The wells are objectively operationally succesful, they were drilled, spudded, and flowing to market on time, in guidance and into very high POO.

BRK is a cash positive buisness, with relatively clear pathways to creating value/cash in multiple cycles of the market. We have little to no debt, additional cash producing assets aiming to be completed by end calendar year, etc.
