I really think this time the BOD is a shot duck. No 10% placement to fall back on. The motion will get over the line easily IMO.
The balls in PB's court, hopefully he handles his balls well.Resign gracefully PB as the numbers in the vote could be very one sided. Not to good for a legacy.
