Correct me if I am wrong. Acuity Capital have agreed to finance Sayona to an amount $200m through an ATM, and in return they hold 250m SYA shares as collateral. This would virtually value our SP @ 200m/250m = 80c per share
We can exercise this option from now till July 2025 and this ATM agreement carries no FEES or COSTS.
If all the above assumption are true, I can't wait till market open on Monday. Wow, have a great weekend everyone!!! I know I will!!!
