Agree, but let’s say an investor has 1 m PIQ shares and currently 110m on issue to make this illustration easy. if Market Cap goes to $1billion you have 1/110 times $1billion or $9m if they issue another 20m shares you now have 1/130 times $1billion or $7m . This dilutes end result big time . $7m versus $9m. I cannot stand successive cap raises as it dilutes you big time in the end. ( More so than one thinks )
