I have a feeling Nex will be cleared of the voting issue. Reason being, I'm sure the Chair can cast unsubmitted SH votes how he likes. Unless a SH elects to abstain. Could be wrong. As long as votes communicated to go in a certain direction followed that path, they should be in the clear. However, the expenditure costs accrued by Nex may not be so easy to avoid. I'd expect more to be awarded in MCT's favour than Nex can afford. Hence the request for Nex to cough up.
