That would be a big disappointment for a great many shareholders and probably delay shareprice increases. Many here have been in PLS hoping for a dividend to support their retirement and if the company can afford it, then a regular dividend should be paid.
A dividend is better for long term holders than needing to dilute their holdings to take benefits - but, sure, we need imputation credits and the company should carry out any development exercises needed to boost its performance for the long term.
