OHM was a scam clearly and presented a class action that nobody would listen to at the time as he rushed the LIFX acquisition. Rosy eyes saved him with the LIFX overpaid acquisition, well played by the ex LIFX founder to get paid and get out.
LIFX saved him from getting sued.
