will it yield at all?
When will it yield?
did we invest in a litigation fund or a payments technology company ?

JK and the board will either be vindicated or not through the ASIC hearing. That’s in a few months, versus the ASX that hasn’t even been allocated a Judge, and will be earliest … when? 2024?

again that’s capital locked up for years that could be spent making us money

i suppose the other issue is that walking away now means we have to foot the ASXs $6m legal bill to date

I suspect that will be the driver to proceed, as can’t see a way around that.
