I have had an investment account since 2017 and now hold shares. The app is not designed for sophisticated investors. I think they need to stick to the objective of encouraging microinvesting and ensuring returns that match close to the market. The non-sophisticated investor (whatever that means) won't benefit from too many choices and to see their account tick up without major fluctuations. Initially the app was marketed to those wanting to save money for holidays, major purchases etc. I appreciate this has evolved with time for the better. Too many crypto, ETF offerings will turn people off. It's meant to an app that makes investing easy.
