Surely the underground mine FS must come before another CR?

A solid UMFS should result in an easier raise, a higher CR share price and consequently less dilution?

QUESTION:
I wonder how much reference and/or input is needed (for market confidence) from the TAS green movement to validate any assumptions in the UMFS - and will the company seek out any input from these people? That is, will a Feasibility Study have any merit if the market expects protesters to continually roadblock any potential mine??? Increased hurdles mean decreased "feasibility" in my mind.

I realise this is an intrinsic mining problem but more pronounced in West Coast Tassie and therefore more important to be dealt with as part of "feasibility" discussion for VMS.
