The President is currently in Mbeya which is only ~75km from Ngualla. She is there talking about water development projects and other local projects... I thought nothing of this until I realised the mining minister is also there with her (Biteko).
Noting that the "Special Presidential Meeting" with Peak is happening I think this could finally be happening.
