That isn't correct.
The plant in storage is not a concentrator and would be of no benefit.
They would still need a concentrator. What they have in storage is an Albion / CIL plant. This doesn't produce a concentrate. It is used to recover a percentage of the already concentrated ore or tailings material.
In the case of copper and zinc it wouldn't be used. The plant is for recovery from refractory gold. Would be good for LD, but none of their other projects.
Now that you mention it i do remember that statement about one of the holes.
