    No-one seems to be onto what has been happening at FTL.

    There is an agressive (underhanded) takeover currently in progress, by basically Chinese bidders, using Australian companies as a proxy.

    I will be voting against this at the AGM

    would love to hear from others that they intend to do the same.

    if people are too lazy to vote, they may win by default as they hold 40 percent of the vote.
