Personally I think you are missing the point completely. When you are a non-revenue company and management/directors buy on market (when they are not precluded from doing so) that is a strong signal to the market that things are on the right track and if they have enough faith to use their own money so should the rest of the market. That’s due to not having revenue do all of the talking as to management performance. So it’s actually even more relevant in a non-revenue company.
