    Thank you RealA. Welcome to the forum. Current "market" is totally irrelevant to reality. Totally distorted with "what's going on.
    Once that CRAP is removed, I believe that those numbers that you have kindly posted are totally achievable. In fact, fwiw, without the CRAP, we would be closer to $2, just on developments and realistic, logical, expectation, NOW.
