Not so clever. They would want some pretty good lawyers to get out of that one.
The clauses were in the prospectus.
I do not know the info behind this.
However it is pretty hard to back out of your commitment on hindsight.
There would have to be some negligence on the directors and issuers behalf.
Then of course the issuers and directors will get sued.
